If you are looking for a full 53-minute therapy session designed to work specifically with you and your individual needs, you have come to the right place. In this time together, we will explore your struggles, your pains, and how to overcome the obstacles in your life. We will work to unpack trauma, unlearn shame-based narratives, and work towards bringing you back to your authentic self. Our mission is to help you grow from the inside out into who you have always wanted to be.

What you can expect

Time

A therapy session with me is an hour long. This amount of time allows us enough time to fully enter into a therapeutic environment that is needed to get you to your ideal emotional state.

Location

I am extremely flexible with session location. I have done thousands of telehealth sessions at this point, and I don’t see that number going anywhere anytime soon. I am more than comfortable providing care through either in-person sessions, or by a safe, secure telehealth platform.

Content

From the initial consultation, the first session, and every session onward, we will be diving into your therapy related goals to get you where you want to be in life. We unpack trauma, we process, we move in a constant, forward trajectory.

Frequency

I tailor your session frequency based on your needs. My rule of thumb is that I start most people out on weekly sessions. That frequency allows us to build momentum, and it helps maintain progress on a consistent basis.

Price

Why are sessions $150? Sessions are priced competitively for our going market rate. This amount account for all of the preparation, training, time, and dedication to the practice. It allows me to continue to innovate, grow and provide you with the best quality therapy I can.

  • SAFE EMDR

  • NARM

    A progressive approach to addressing C-PTSD and developmental trauma by focusing on the connection between cognitive and somatic processes.   • Ego-State Therapy
